Fell asleep and in the deep

And the depths of my heart

Felt a chill I feel it still

God's spirit began to start

I love You, Lord, I believe Your Word

It is true is what I've found

I'm gonna pray please let me stay

Afraid I'd wake up on the ground

I've walked with the angels

To the most holy place

And I've walked with the angels

And seen God's redeeming grace

Yes I've walked with the angels

Seen heaven's gates open wide

And God saw me lingering

And He said come right inside, come right inside

Felt like I was late saw heaven's gate

I could see God within He said

Don't be afraid see what I've made

And I've paid for all of your sin

I looked in awe at what I saw

Couldn't hide my surprise

I felt so free, what could it be

Like God tore the blindfold from my eyes
