I see things behind my eyes
At night,
taking away my breath and
giving it to the Dream Master.
And he laughs as he
molds my breath into a noose,
and wraps it around my dreams.
Brighter the night lights up,
with purple clouds
and yellow rain.
My dreams prance
in the rain
with the thump of my heart,
and twirl behind my eyes.
Reality is left beside me.
I walk down the unknown,
a faceless passion,
a strobed web.
The Dream Master
takes me by the strings
weaves me through the night.
I drink the hemlock
that is there.
Tears melt my lips
so the Dream Master
can not escape.
At night,
taking away my breath and
giving it to the Dream Master.
And he laughs as he
molds my breath into a noose,
and wraps it around my dreams.
Brighter the night lights up,
with purple clouds
and yellow rain.
My dreams prance
in the rain
with the thump of my heart,
and twirl behind my eyes.
Reality is left beside me.
I walk down the unknown,
a faceless passion,
a strobed web.
The Dream Master
takes me by the strings
weaves me through the night.
I drink the hemlock
that is there.
Tears melt my lips
so the Dream Master
can not escape.
