Poems about Tests Exams and Taking Tests

Testing Day
Today is "Testing Day".
Everybody yelled,"HOORAY!"
We took a lot of math tests,
writing tests, too!!
And at the end of the day
we're all through!
K.S.

Test Numbers
1 student.
2 pencils.
3 seats.
4 books.
5 desks finished.
T.T.

Test, Test, Test
Tests are fun.
Tests are great.
I want to share with you
on my test,
I'm doing great.
J.T.

Testing
My teacher said,
"Testing day is here!"
She said work
to get an "A".
It will be your day!
A.A.

Testing
Teacher says, "It's time to
take THE TEST".
Children are talking.
"Shhh!", says the teacher.
"Get ready to do your best."
K.M.

Working
Working and writing,
Writing and working,
Working together and
working real hard.
Learning and learning
and learning all right.
At night go home
and sleep tight.
A.B.

You Do Your Best
And I'll Do My Test
You do your best
and I'll do my test.
Take one look
and do your best.
You do your best
and I'll do my test.
I'll pick up my pencil
and start to write.
To think that I'm doing
the best on my test.
C.B.

TESTING
Testing, testing, let it ring.
"Let it ring",
let the children sing.
Let us live
with smart people.
Testing, testing,
let it ring.
"Let it ring",
let the teachers sing.
H.S.

Seven Tests
Every day this week
we're taking a test.
It isn't that important
but everybody's talking.
So I guess I'll just try
my best on the test.
J.R.

Test Takers
Test takers
Work very quietly
Test takers.
L.S.

Roses are red.
The sky is blue.
I like testing.
How about you?
J.S.

Testing
Roses are red.
Frogs are green.
I'm the best test-taker
you've ever seen!
S.T.

Roses are red.
I'm feeling kind of blue.
My teacher says,
"Get out your pencil,
there's work to do."
S.B.

TEST
Roses are red.
Violets are blue.
Do you like to take tests?
YES, I do!
A.T.

TESTING
Roses are red.
Violets are green.
I am testing.
So I am mean.
M.A.

Well, I haven't produced a book of poems, but I have been in your revoiisn quandry. First of all, I certainly wouldn't put any poems that I don't like into a book just for the sake of filling out the book.Secondly, I know that when I do go about creating my first book of poetry and that might be sooner than later I know that I would be sure to give everything I can to each and every poem, no matter how sick I might be of each of those poems. You owe it to yourself to dig deep and keep that muse working overtime. Work her over until there is absolutely no doubt whatsoever in your mind that you have depleted your creative reserves.I think if you do, after the book is published, there's no way you can have any regrets. It's akin to a common sports concept: Leave everything you have on the field. That's my humble opinion anyway! Best wishes.Robs last blog post..
