I wish to submit a poem from my book, A Candle At Both Ends.

Be Inspired

May you be inspired today.
May you be encouraged to travel your path with sure feet, confident in your direction.
May you be spurred on to explore, to face the challenge, to go to the next level.
May you experience many moments when you want to stand up and shout, “Huzzah! How grand this life is and I want more of it!”
May you fall asleep exhausted but giddy with anticipation for what is to come, as though you cannot wait until the morning to continue the adventure, to see what glorious miracles are going to occur.And finally, may you realize your power to create such a day and such a life for yourself for you truly do possess it.

Hes just a bit to cautious he knows just when to leave i talk to her about him and her eyes say she believes.its one thing just to love him quite another to compete i could be whole without him but would she be complete?

Nice poetry work i like the one called guilt of a vampire and tv mom ill definitely be back on this website again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Taken

As bubbles float to the surface of the water,
my last breath has been taken.
i can no longer see or hear,
i can no longer move or breathe.
i am taken by life its self.

Purple hills, Orange skys and Blue trees... Your green eyes can see deep down inside of me.. The sight of pain is what you see.. So sit down and learn this lesson from me.. Live as free as can be.. For life is too short.. And as black as can be.. For i can not see whats in front of me.. And as the wind blows for only time can see... Whats on the road for me...

GOD HAS A SPECIAL REASON FOR EVERYTHING THAT HE DOES IN THIS LIFE NO MATTER HOW WE MAY WONDER WHY SOMETIMES, HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT TRULY KNOWS THE REASON WHY HE HAS DONE WHAT HE DID FROM TAKING A LOVED ONE FROM US OR PUTTING SICKNESS UPON OUR BODIES. BUT SOMETIMES WE HAVE TOO STOP AND THINK ABOUT THE WRONG THINGS WE HAVE DID IN HIS EYES AND MAYBE GOD IS TRULY GIVING US WARNING WHEN HE MAKES HIS MOVE SO YES GOD HAS A VERY SPECIAL REASON FOR EVERYTHING THAT HE DOES. rejection time and time over
easier to take when im not so sober
over and over day n night
going down without a fight
try n stop what cant be stopped
questions come from left and right
shooting at me like bullets in a cold dark night
assumptions turn to accusations
this isn't a minor miscommuniation
hating me
they feed from my youth
it hurts so bad...yet these wounds can't be soothed
im lost at night on the wrong side of town
people?
smears of color, take me under
smother me alive
help me up, dry the blood from my knees
someone...anyone...please?
that's it i've decided
into the cold, lifeless abyss i dive.

Lend me your lies and i'll tell them true.
into your reason i'll dig,become closer to you.
Send me your eyes and i'll shift what you see.
Place paint over their scares,view just like me.
Weave me your weakness and i'll hold you high.Rediscover your body,
make you into my sky.
Mold me your mistakes and i'll let them slide.
My arms as a castle, your place to hide.
Ship me your shadow and i'll take it's place.

Together for always, both rises and falls.

I hug, I kiss, I love, I feel and I live... I want to HUG you and FEEL your breath against my shoulder. I want to LIVE in your presence and KISS you lips. But most of all I want to LOVE you forever...

I like read different verses. I wrote coursework about creation of them. You can read it.

when my grandad died sadness fastley dwelled in my heart,and my eyes filled up like pool's and on that sad and lonley night i cryed rivers for you because your my grandad my one my only
i felt like when you died you took my heart with you but i know that you will keep it safe for me and treat it like gold
but my mind is finally at rest because i know that we are going to meet again in a wonderfull and magical place called hevan

I know that you still love me,
But there's no need to cry

In sweet Heaven's by and by
there's angels all around me
In this big beautiful land
so don't worry bout me mama
for I'm holding Jesus' hand
Just hold on to God's promises
where ever you may roam
He wants the best up here in Heaven
thats why he took me home.
I will not ask that you forget me
Just that you let me go
Remember that I love you
